Blue Print Policy

Once a blueprint/plans have been received by Shilts Masonry for a bid or estimate, the blueprint must remain in the possession of Shilts Masonry.

If a job, blueprint, or plans change in areas that will affect masonry labor or materials, a revised blueprint must be submitted. New revised masonry estimates will be sent for to builder approval....

On some occasions there may be differences concerning the amount of brick needed or square footage. On occasion the shortage will not be noticed until the brick run low...  If actual dimensions are found differ from what is shown on the original/revised blueprints or plans additional cost will be requested for additional Labor & Materials....
